On February 21, 2023, at 16.40, an online lecture by foreign scientist Govindaraj Thangaraj Bakyaraj was held on the topic "Earlier and current trend in Big Data technology" for undergraduates, doctoral students of the specialties "Informatics", "Automation and Management" of the department "Automation, Information Technology and Urban Planning". 

Professor Bakyaraj spoke about past and current trends in Big Data technology, the main applications used for Big Data, Data Science. Undergraduates and doctoral students listened to the professor's lecture with interest, willingly asked questions and exchanged opinions on this issue.
